Minor surgery includes the removal of various skin lesions, cysts and skin tags, also the incision and drainage of abscesses and cysts. Cryotherapy is also included for treatment of warts, verrucae, skin tags etc. Most procedures are covered by VHI and other health insurance companies. You must make an appointment with the doctor first who will assess and advise on whether surgery is necessary.
